The Wire Injection Machine is used to inject the cored metallic alloy wires into the liquid steel bath of LF with extremely high speed and accurate quantity, the alloy wires at the deep of bath shall melted and diffused into the melt. and to refine the liquid steel. The WIM is one of necessary matching equipment in steelwork.

INTRODUCTION TO WIRE INJECTION MACHINE
The wire injection machine is driven by electric motor with step-less adjustment by VVVF,
and electronic counter and digital displayer are installed on WIM. The injection speed and wire’s length can be preset, The WIM can be controlled manually or automatically, it may
be worked with its one-strand or two-strands． Multiple function, precise counting, compact structure, steady performance, safety and reliability are its prominent characters.
